Healthy Community

What Is Healthy Community?
Healthy Community is a program offered by CVMC's Outpatient Health Education Department to promote good nutrition, physical activity, and healthy lifestyle choices for Vermont adults, children, families and communities. As a Medical Center, CVMC realizes its responsibility to not only address health problems as they occur, but to play an active role in preventing health problems before they happen.

What We Offer:
  • The Healthy Community program is a listing we provide of all health-related workshops and presentations available for the community, many of them at no cost, and offered by health professionals.  Click here for latest listing
  • Other collaborative programs. We collaborate with other community organizations in projects and events geared toward improving the health and wellbeing of central Vermonters.
