Diabetes Support Group
This free support group is an opportunity for people with diabetes, their family and caregivers to share information and resources relating to diabetes. Led by community volunteer, Andre Rouleau and Claude Stone with assistance from CVMC's Diabetes Education Program Staff. In addition to informal discussion, monthly meetings will include blood sugar monitoring, healthy diet, eye care, dental care, foot care, local home health services and exercise. 371-4152.
